i had 2 units over the course of 3 years. i had one of my units broke into during that time. (but you take that chance anywhere) i feel like there could be more cameras out there, and maybe a rent-a-cop. i mean come on your making a killer overhead on storing peoples stuff @ a minimum of $80 per unit per month anyway. once i upgraded my lock i didn't have anymore issues.
but even with that i enjoyed my experience with this company and would recommend to a friend.
