My girlfriend and I have been coming here for 3 years and really enjoy going to this store. This location always have my dogs' food in stock, all staff members are well trained, their product knowledge is excellent and provide me informative answers for my questions . Staff members are always friendly to my girlfriend and I and go beyond what's expected during our visit. During these store visits, I have observed that every staff member takes care of the every customer, in the store, like they would take care of their grandparents. Bottom line is that they do ordinary things extraordinary well.

As far as product pricing is concerned, they are cheaper than places like Pampered Paws/Fur Babies, Pet Ranch and Animal Ark.
